Function Description
As an Account executive (DACH) at Elfsquad, you will be a key player in our company's growth and expansion. You understand the dynamics within the manufacturing and IT industries and the increasing need for automation solutions. Your role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Elfsquad’s solution can transform their business.
You will outreach to potential clients, nurture leads, and build a robust sales pipeline. You are responsible for building relationships and guide them through Elfsquad’s proven process.
You reach out to potential clients and follow up leads, develop and qualify your sales pipeline, and are responsible for a correct, timely and full handling of quotations and processing in the information systems. Since your main market is the DACH region, you’re also attending exhibitions and are visiting potential customers.
Collaborating with colleagues from marketing, sales, and operations, you will address challenges proactively and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Your insights will also be crucial in shaping our commercial and marketing strategies.
You:
- Fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex technologies and communicate their value proposition effectively.
- Have experience with B2B SaaS.
- Are able to create new insights for customers.
- Have an external view. You see what happens in the branche, in your field of work and the market as a whole, and know how to convert this to opportunities.
- Are social, organized and a team-player.
- Experience in the Microsoft space (Business Central) is a plus.
- Previous start-up experience is a plus.
