CPQ Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic CPQ Consultant to guide customers through the Proof of Value (PoV) phase of their journey with our CPQ software. In this role, you’ll dive deep into understanding customer business needs while identifying exactly how Elfsquad fits into their existing IT landscape and drives real value. You’ll showcase the value of our software, define the implementation scope, outline project phases, and ensure a smooth setup for successful implementation. As the link between the customer, sales, and our customer experience team, you'll blend technical know-how, strategic insights, and strong project management skills to lay the groundwork for long-term success. Your role will keep communication flowing seamlessly, ensuring customer needs are met and teams stay aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their specific business challenges, objectives, and current workflows.
• Conduct tailored Proof of Value sessions, showcasing how our CPQ solution addresses customer pain points and aligns with business goals.
• Act as the link between the customer, sales, and customer experience team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process.
• Define the scope of the CPQ implementation project, breaking it down into clear, actionable phases.
• Evaluate the customer’s IT landscape for opportunities to integrate the CPQ solution, ensuring optimal performance and scalability in the long run.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop a high-level project plan, ensuring key milestones and timelines are aligned.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software by sharing customer feedback and identifying common challenges.
  
  

What We Require

• Self-starter who takes initiative to anticipate and address challenges, both internally and externally.
• Proven experience in consulting, implementation, or similar customer-facing roles, with a focus on IT solutions or CPQ software.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled at assessing and analyzing a customer’s IT environment to pinpoint integration opportunities and challenges, ensuring a smooth and scalable implementation.
• A solid understanding of customer business challenges and objectives, with the ability to align CPQ solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Experience in project management, including scoping, planning, and aligning various teams with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, adjusting approaches as needed based on customer or business need
• Fluency in Dutch or German and English, both verbally and in writing.
