Product Marketer

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Collaboration with the product team to understand the technology and its applications, and translate technical features into compelling benefits for the target audience.
• Serve as the market insight expert, partnering with the product team to influence the direction of products and features
• Create sales collateral providing sales team with tools to effectively communicate the value of Elfsquad’s product to potential customers
• Gain deep insights into our target segments and buyer personas by regularly engaging with current and prospective customers, advocating for their needs to shape product marketing strategies.
• Implement and execute innovative lead generation campaigns  that enhance Elfsquad’s market presence and directly contribute to market share growth.
• Being involved in organization of marketing events and exhibitions, ensuring Elfsquad’s presence is impactful and aligned with our brand values.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Regularly conduct competitive and market analysis to adapt and inform marketing strategies.
• Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content across various platforms to enhance customer education and engagement  with Elfsquad’s product.

What we require: 

• 3+ years experience in a marketing role, demonstrating the ability to turn plans into action and achieve results.
• Experience in B2B SaaS Marketing and marketing for technical audiences.
• Expertise in delivering solution-oriented sales materials and tools that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Comfortable analyzing marketing metrics to refine tactics and boost engagement and conversions.
• Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn, and passion for building a best-of-class product.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
• Previous start-up experience is a plus.

Currently residing or able to relocate to the Northern part of the Netherlands.
