The need for change

Our customer, Fulton, based in Pulaski (New York, United States), manufactures and sells industrial and commercial boilers. Founded in 1947 by Lewis Palm, Fulton has 615 employees and operates across the United States, with some presence in London, Canada, and two offices in China. Offering a wide array of customizable options, Fulton caters to the diverse needs of its customers, handling all aspects of boiler production in-house, including installation services and comprehensive support.

Formerly relying on Excel for product configuration, Fulton faced challenges with manual entry into their ERP system, resulting in inefficiencies and increased error risks. Recognizing the need for a solution, Fulton turned to CPQ. Now, Elfsquad is seamlessly integrated with their ERP (Odoo), along with AutoCAD and Inventor, streamlining their operations.
